Background

After an extensive all round experience of over 13 years  in the industrial and banking sectors, Chandrashekhar Kelkar established  a proprietary concern 'C. S. Kelkar, Company Secretary' in 1992 which offered Coroprate Law Advisory and Company Secreterial Services.

As the number of clients grew exponentially, Mr. C. S. Kelkar felt the need to strengthen his practice to cater to the growing client requirements. Arising from this need and a personal philosophy which always believed in building a team of professionals, the individual firm was converted into a partnership practice in 2006. The incorporated advantage to this Firm arose out of the fact that the new partners had risen from the ranks at the old firm itself!

The Firm today has four partners who are qualified company Secretaries and well experienced in their respective service domains.

The well-staffed and modern offices of the Firm are located in Pune and Kolhapur, two cities of strategic business importance in India.
