Chandrashekhar S. Kelkar is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a qualified Company Secretary and the principal partner in the firm (ICSI Membership no. FCS 2784 & CP NO. 1891). He is also the alumni of XLRI, Jamshedpur, one of the Premier Management Institutes and completed successfully its PGCBM course in the recent past.
He has behind him a work experience of about 32 years, of which eighteen have been as a Practicing Company Secretary. He had a successful pre-practice work tenure in the banking and industrial sectors.
A perennial learner that he is, Chandrashekhar Kelkar has been quenching his thirst for knowledge and all-round development by constantly updating himself in various avenues of knowledge. He has participated and successfully completed learning courses in International Trade, Sustainable Management & Conservation of Natural Resources and Editing & Book Publishing. Besides these, he has also been into Participative Certificate Courses on Intellectual Property Rights, Alternate Dispute Resolution, Diligence Report for Banks at national level
etc. organized by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Shruti Kanhere, is a qualified Company Secretary (ICSI Membership no. ACS 17996 & CP no. 7338). She brings in a work experience of about 6 years. At the Firm, she heads the Company Law and FEMA cell. She administers the company law compliances of clients with assistance from various designated managers and trainees. |

Amrita Anaspure Kulkarni, is qualified Company Secretary (ICSI Membership No. ACS 21696 & CP 7875). She is in charge of the company formation cell, more specifically, the setting up of ventures by foreign companies in India. Majority of the Firm’s international clients are managed by her. In addition to this, she also heads the Company Law cell jointly with Ms. Shruti Kanhere. In the recent past she also has completed a Post Graduate Certificate Course in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. |

Adityavardhan Shinde, is a qualified Company Secretary (ICSI Membership No. ACS 23513 & CP 8501). He runs the Firm's office in Kolhapur, catering to clients mainly from the city and neighbouring areas. His primary service domains are Company Law and other Corporate Laws.
